Refund policy
Returns
We want you to be 100% happy with your order. If you are not happy with your order however, you have up to 30 days from the time the purchase was made to return the item/s purchased. Please contact us via email at info@cocobachocolate.com to notify us of your desire to return your item/s.
To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If any item/s not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To return your product, you should contact us for return instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item/s. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund. Please ensure you obtain a Proof of Postage when you return the goods to us. You should retain your Proof of Postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel.
Refunds
If you require a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods (exclusive of the initial delivery charge) within thirty (30) days of receiving your returned goods, provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition within 30 working days of delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@cocobachocolate.com.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@cocobachocolate.com in order to find out further details of where to send the product.
